Edna Anderson-Taylor Communication Institute New Perspectives Fellowship
The New Perspectives Fellowship is an annual program that forwards a key part of the Institute’s mission by supporting and promoting innovative communication research. The fellowship is awarded each year to one early-career scholar doing groundbreaking research in communication, journalism, or any closely related field. The fellowship especially focuses on scholars whose work has clear public import and aligns with one or more of the areas of graduate emphasis in the U’s Department of Communication.
The selected fellow receives a stipend to support their research and is invited to campus for two days during the spring semester to share their ideas, visit classes, and give a public talk.
